摘 要:盾构始发是重要风险工程,决定着隧道后续施工能否顺利完成。本文依托目前国内穿越海域最长的青岛地铁8号线过海区间隧道,综合考虑场地类型、周边环境、水文地质等因素,系统性的阐述了盾构始发技术难点,针对这些难点,提出了在近海、大埋深、高水压这一特殊极端条件下的盾构始发设计思路和具体设计方案,通过工程的顺利实施对盾构始发技术进行了全面的总结。As a risk project, shield Launching determines whether the construction of the tunnel can be successfully completed. Based on the longest sea-crossing tunnel of Qingdao Metro Line 8 in China at present, and considering the site type, surrounding environment, hydro-geology and other factors, this paper systematically expounds the technical difficulties of shield launching. Aiming at these difficulties, it puts forward the design idea and specific design scheme of shield launching under the special extreme conditions of coastal area, large depth and high water pressure, and comprehensively summarizes the technology of shield Launching. Tthrough the smooth implementation of the project, the technology of shield Launching is comprehensively summarized.
