摘  要:针对一起光缆金具断裂故障,采用宏观形貌分析、断口微观形貌分析、金相显微组织检测、化学成分分析等方法,对断裂的光缆金具进行综合性试验分析。结果表明,因光缆金具材质为高碳钢,焊接性能较差,焊接质量不良,导致在风振等外力作用下焊缝开裂,裂纹沿着焊缝向母材不断扩展,最终造成金具断裂。对于此类光缆金具断裂问题,提出具体的防范措施,避免类似事件再次发生。Aiming at a fracture failure of optical cable fittings,a comprehensive experimental analysis of the fractured optical cable fittings is carried out using means of macro-morphological analysis,fracture micro-morphological analysis,metallographic microstructure detection,and chemical composition analysis.The results show that as the optical cable fittings are made of high carbon steel,with poor welding performance and the welding quality,which leads to the cracking of the weld seam under the action of external forces such as wind vibration,and the cracks continue to expand along the weld seam to the base metal,eventually causing the fittings to break.Specific preventive measures should be proposed for such cable fittings fracture problem to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
