摘　　要：针对苯丙胺类新精神活性物质成瘾机制不明确的现状,为更好地研究此类物质在生物体内的作用情况,研究以6-乙酰基-2-(二甲基氨基)萘为发光基团,设计合成了4个新的甲基苯丙胺类似物双光子染料,通过质谱和核磁共振光谱对其进行表征,并对其光物理特性进行了研究。结果表明,4个化合物在二氯甲烷中表现出相同的特性,均有较大的Stokes位移和较高的荧光量子产率。细胞实验结果表明,4种染料在Pc12细胞中具有较小的细胞毒性和良好的成像效果,是理想的生物成像染料,有利于研究苯丙胺类化合物与神经系统的相互作用过程,为进一步探索苯丙胺类物质的成瘾性提供了新的途径。In view of the unclear addiction mechanism of amphetamine-type psychoactive substances,four novel two-photon dyes of methamphetamine analogues were designed and synthesized using 6-acetyl-2-(dimethylamino)naphthalene as the luminescent group,which contributed to better understand the effects of these substances in vivo.The two-photon dyes were characterized by mass and NMR spectroscopy,and their photophysical properties were also investigated.The results showed that the four compounds exhibited the same properties in dichloromethane,all with large Stokes shifts and high fluorescence quantum yields.Cellular experiments showed that these four dyes had small cytotoxicity and good imaging effect in Pc12 cells,which were ideal bioimaging dyes and had promising applications in the study of the interaction process between methamphetamine analogues and the nervous system.
