摘  要:二氧化钛(TiO_(2))及其纳米颗粒(TiO_(2)NP)具有优良性能,广泛应用于食品、医药和化妆品等领域。鉴于欧盟目前将TiO_(2)归为2类致癌物(吸入),并逐步禁止其作为食品添加剂使用,其安全性引起行业高度关注。TiO_(2)及TiO_(2)NP可通过经口、经皮、吸入和注射4种暴露途径对人体健康造成安全风险。TiO_(2)经口暴露具有潜在遗传毒性,TiO_(2)NP经口暴露可能对肠道功能及肠道菌群造成影响;吸入TiO_(2)NP易导致肺部炎症,其是否具有皮肤渗透性存在争议。本文对TiO_(2)和TiO_(2)NP的暴露途径、毒性及国内外安全性评估进展和管理情况等进行综述,并提出下一步研究思路及监管建议,为我国食品、药品、化妆品监管工作提供参考。Titanium dioxide (TiO_(2)) and its nanoparticles (TiO_(2)nanoparticles,TiO_(2)NP) have excellent properties and are widely used in foods,pharmaceuticals,cosmetics and other industries.Since the European Union classified TiO_(2)as "Carcinogen Category 2 (inhalation)" and gradually prohibited its use as a food additive,its safety has attracted much attention in this industry.TiO_(2)and TiO_(2)NP can pose risks to human safety through four exposure pathways (oral,percutaneous/inhalation and injection).Oral administration of TiO_(2)has potential genotoxicity,and its nanoparticles may affect intestinal function and flora.Inhalation of TiO_(2)NP is likely to lead to pulmonary inflammation,and whether it has skin permeability is controversial.This article introduces the progress in safety assessment and management at home and abroad,and recommends new areas of research and regulatory suggestions for the supervision of foods,drugs and cosmetics in China.
