摘　　要：精益管理作为生产管理的一种模式,具体实施要因地制宜。自2010年起,供电分公司就不断推进精益现场管理,围绕集团高质量发展战略部署,秉承“安全质量第一”的核心价值观,在精益现场创建的工作中大力发展“数字化转型”“智慧交通”[1-4]等理念,积极推进现场管理改进相关活动。本文也围绕此次创评中的重点工作进行了阐述,重点介绍管理理念、工具适用场景及推广价值[5-8]等几个方面,希望从健康管理及状态维修、可靠性分析方法[9]、多级维修策略、智能检修技术及装备[10]等多个维度,探索轨道交通运维技术的发展方向,尽可能地减少供电系统的失效程度,从而为设备提供更加优质的检修维护服务,以“精益五星”的检修质量确保地铁供电不中断。As a good mode of production management,lean management should be implemented according to local conditions.Since 2010,the power supply branch has been constantly promoting lean management,centering on the group's high-quality development strategy,adhering to the core value of"safety and quality first",vigorously developing concepts such as"digital transformation"and"smart transportation"[1-4]in the work of lean site construction,and actively promoting related activities of site management improvement.This article also has carried on the elaboration around the key work in this creation evaluation.Focus on the management idea,regard it as a tool for the scene and promotion value from several aspects,such as[5-8]hope from the state of health management and maintenance,reliability analysis method[9],multistage maintenance strategy and intelligent maintenance technology and equipment[10],and other dimensions,explore the development direction of rail transit operational technology,as much as possible to reduce the degree of the failure of the power supply system,so as to provide more high-quality maintenance services for the equipment,and ensure the subway power supply uninterrupted with"Lean Five-star"maintenance quality.
