摘  要:在NaCl-KCl-Na3AlF6氟氯混合熔盐体系中,用铝热还原金属氧化物法进行Al-Ti-Sc中间合金的制备。研究不同原料配比对Al-Ti-Sc中间合金化学成分、合金元素利用率、物相结构和微观形貌的影响。结果表明:加入适量TiO2会提高中间合金中Sc的浓度及利用率;适量增加Ti后可获得与α-Al基体相晶格常数更匹配的立方晶系的Al3(Sc,Ti)粒子,达到细化晶粒的效果。不同Ti浓度的Al-Ti-Sc中间合金微观形貌及成分有很大不同,随中间合金中Ti浓度的增加,第二相粒子由方形逐渐向十字架形转变,且Al3(Sc,Ti)粒子中Ti原子占比也逐渐增加,有四方晶系的Al3Ti新相生成。Al-Ti-Sc master alloy was prepared by thermite reduction of metal oxides in NaCl-KCl-Na3AlF6fluoro chloride mixed molten salt system. The effects of different ingredients of raw materials on chemical composition,alloy-element utilization,phase structure and microstructure of Al-Ti-Sc master alloy were studied. The results show that the concentration and utilization rate of Sc element in the master alloy can be improved by adding proper amount of TiO2. The cubic crystal Al3(Sc,Ti)particles,which are more matching with the lattice constant of α-Al matrix,can be obtained by increasing the concentration of Ti element appropriately,and the effect of grain refinement can be achieved. The microstructure and composition of Al-Ti-Sc master alloys with different Ti concentrations are very different. With the increase of Ti concentration in the master alloy,the second phase particles gradually change from square to cross shape,and the proportion of Ti atoms in Al3(Sc,Ti)particles will also increase gradually,and a new phase of Al3Ti in tetragonal crystal system will form.
