摘  要:全预混冷凝燃气热水炉燃烧器堵塞影响热水炉燃烧稳定性和输出负荷,严重的堵塞可引起燃烧器损坏,引发安全事故。因此对该类产品,需要采取相应的技术方案,来检测燃烧器的堵塞。本文通过设计检测空气流量变化的方案来检测燃烧器的堵塞,通过分析空气流量检测的取压点、取压方式,结合相关标准要求,最终设计双压力开关空气流量检测技术方法,实现全预混冷凝燃气热水炉全负荷段堵塞检测,做到及时预警停机,提升全预混燃气冷凝燃气热水炉使用寿命和安全性。Burner blockage of fully premixed condensing gas hot water furnace affects combustion stability and output load of hot water furnace.Serious blockage can cause burner damage and lead to safety accidents.Therefore,for this kind of products,it is necessary to adopt the corresponding technical scheme to detect the blockage of burner.This paper detects the blockage of the burner by designing a scheme to detect the change of air flow.By analyzing the pressure points and ways of air flow detection,combined with relevant standards and requirements,it finally designs the dual pressure switch air flow detection technology and method to realize the blockage detection of the full load section of the fully premixed condensing gas hot water furnace,so as to achieve timely warning shutdown.Improve the service life and safety of fully premixed gas condensing gas hot water furnace.
