摘 要:为了解决某型交流风管机100 Hz异常噪声问题,开展噪声试验、振动试验和模态试验分析,从激励源和传递路径两个方面,研究了噪声产生的原因。研究结果表明,风管机搭配的单相电容运转异步电机带载时振动烈度过大,引起壳体振动并辐射出异常噪声;风机的电机电容对电机振动和风管机音质有明显影响,随着电机电容的增加,100 Hz峰值噪声先减小后增大;电容不变时,风机转速越高,噪声总值和100 Hz峰值噪声也越大,并且转速增加引起的风机气动噪声增加量要大于100 Hz峰值噪声增加量;风机系统隔振设计良好,对异常噪声的贡献可以忽略。In order to solve peak noise at 100 Hz of a certain type of AC duct type indoor unit,noise testing,vibration testing and modal testing methods are used to explore the reason for the abnormal noise.The research results show that the vibration intensity of the single-phase capacitor operated asynchronous motor matched with the air duct machine is too high when loaded,causing the shell vibration and radiating abnormal noise.With the increase of the motor capacitance,the 100 Hz peak noise first decreases and then increases.When the capacitance is constant,the higher the fan speed,the greater the total noise value and 100 Hz peak noise,but the increase in fan aerodynamic noise caused by the increase in speed is greater than the increase in 100 Hz peak noise.The fan system is well designed for vibration isolation,and its contribution to abnormal noise can be ignored.
