摘　　要：大数据背景下的警务指挥训练是公安机关运用大数据及大数据相关技术对警务指挥训练进行创新研究。该训练以“大数据+实战”的训练指导,以“数据化+警务”的训练要素、“模块化+规范”的训练行为、“可视化+实时”的训练手段等作为内在驱动,创新以辅助智能化决策为目的的警务指挥训练内容和类PAP融合式的训练方法,以期培养指挥能力更强的新质警务指挥人才,更好地适应大数据背景下新发展阶段的要求。Police command training under big data background is an innovative research of the public security organs applying big data and big data related technology into police command training.This training innovation is driven by the concept of“big data plus actual combat”guidance,the training of the“digital+policing”element,“modularization+specification”training behavior,“real-time visual+”means of training such as logic as inner drive,innovation for the purpose of supporting intelligent decisions police command training content and kind of PAP integration training method,in order to train the new quality police command talents with stronger command ability to better adapt to the requirements of the new development stage.
