皮肤结核误诊为结节病一例

摘　　要：患者,男,62岁。右下肢肿胀、结节、斑块鳞屑10余年,加重伴溃疡1年。曾误诊为结节病,予多种免疫抑制治疗后效果不佳。后经聚合酶链式反应技术从皮肤活检组织中检测出结核分枝杆菌复合体DNA,确诊为皮肤结核,治疗后皮损明显好转。A 62-year-old male presented with erythematous slightly squamous plaques and nodules on the right lower limb for more than 10 years,ulcers for 1 year.The patient had been misdiagnosed as sacroicosis and received mutiple immunosuppressive therapies without satisfactory result.At last,we made use of polymerase chain reaction and detected Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex DNA from skin biopsy tissue.The diagnosis of cutaneous tuberculosis was made and anti-tuberculosis treatment was effective.
