摘　　要：患者,男,63岁。阴茎、双侧上眼睑斑块20年。结合临床表现及组织病理学检查,诊断为疣状黄瘤合并睑黄瘤。本文首次报道了两者合并的病例,其发病是否有关联仍有待探讨。A 63-year-old male presented with plaque on the penis and bilateral upper eyelids.Combined with clinical manifestations and pathological examination,the diagnosis of verruciform xanthoma complicated with xanthelasma was made.It is the first report of a combined case of the two diseases.Whether there is a correlation between the two diseases remains to be explored.
