摘　　要：良好的生态环境是人与社会持续发展的基础。基层环境治理是生态环境保护的重要手段,建设基层环境治理体系,提高基层环境治理能力是生态环境保护的主要方面。文章在学习贯彻党的二十大报告关于推进绿色发展,促进人与自然和谐共生的理念基础上,以北京市门头沟区王平镇垃圾分类作为基层环境治理的典型,分析了其治理机制创新的重要意义,在理论和实践层面阐明了人与自然和谐共生的关系,从而为助力富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国建设,实现绿水青山可持续发展提供借鉴。Good ecological environment is the basis of the sustainable development of human and society. Environmental governance at the grass-roots level is an important means to protect the ecological environment. Building the system of environmental governance at grassroots level and improving the capacity of environmental governance at the grass-roots level are the main aspects of ecological environmental protection. Based on the study and implementation of the concept of promoting green development and the harmony between humanity and nature in the Twenty National Congress Report, this article takes Wangping Town of Mentougou District of Beijing as a typical example of environmental governance at grassroots level,analyzes the significance of the innovation of its governance mechanism, and expounds the relationship of the harmony between humanity and nature in theory and practice. Thus, it provides references for helping to build a strong, prosperous, democratic, culturally advanced, harmonious and beautiful modern socialist country and realizing the sustainable development with clear waters and green mountains.
