蜈蚣败毒饮联合中药封包疗法治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨蜈蚣败毒饮联合中药封包对寻常性银屑病的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法将69例寻常性银屑病(血瘀证)患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组34例。治疗组予以蜈蚣败毒饮联合全蝎膏封包治疗,对照组仅予以全蝎膏封包治疗,治疗4周观察PASI评分、中医证候评分、血清炎性因子IL-6、IL-22、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平变化。结果两组患者治疗后PASI评分、中医证候评分、IL-6、IL-22、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平较治疗前均显著下降,且治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蜈蚣败毒饮联合全蝎膏封包治疗可明显改善寻常性银屑病(血瘀证)患者皮损情况及相关症状,并降低炎症反应,内外结合,疗效突出。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Wugong Baidu Decoction combined with Chinese medicine packet on psoriasis vulgaris and the effect on serum inflammatory factors. Methods Sixty-nine patients with psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis syndrome) were randomly divided into 35 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with the Chinese medicine package of Wugong Baidu decoction and Quanxie paste, and the control group was treated the Chinese medicine packet of Quanxie paste only for 4 weeks.The changes of PASI score, Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) evidence score, serum inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-22, TNF-α and IFN-γ levels would be compared before and after the treatment. Results The PASI score, TCM evidence score, serum inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-22, TNF-α and IFN-γ levels were significantly decreased. These in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Wugong Baidu Decoction and Quanxie paste can significantly improve the skin lesion and related symptoms of patients with psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis syndrome), and reduce the inflammatory reaction with outstanding efficacy of the internal and external of the human body.
