摘　　要：钢网和温暖的天然建筑材料——松木构成了巴塞罗那西南郊区科尔内拉一座住宅楼的立面。钢材与木材这两种材料以复杂的方式结合使用,为这个高性价比的社会福利住房项目赋予了高品质的外观,也使该建筑与周围环境形成了鲜明的对比,周围环境或多或少都是由老旧的住宅楼组成的。Peris+Toral建筑事务所具备丰富的社会福利住房开发经验,他们也用实践证明了社会福利住房的可持续性、高质量和创新性开发都是可以实现的。Steel mesh and the warm natural construction material pine define the facades of the housing block in Cormella,a southwestern sub-urb of Barcelona.The two materials were used in a sophisticated manner that provides the cost fficient social housing project with a high quality appearance.This also allows it to strongly distin-guish itself from its surroundings,more or less consisting of run-down housing blocks.Peris+Toral possess experience in social housing development and demonstrate that it can be sustainable.
