摘  要:孟加拉国帕德玛大桥主桥上部结构为6×(6×150) m+1×(5×150) m七联大跨度连续钢-混组合梁。公路桥面设有平曲线,桥面板底部设横肋、板内设纵向预应力钢绞线,桥面板剪力钉(环)槽口边缘与钢梁剪力钉(环)间距小,槽口内纵、横钢筋多且与剪力钉(环)间距小,混凝土桥面板的预制、安装精度和质量控制要求高。桥面板分块整幅在预制场匹配预制,桥上通过胶拼连接,然后分区段进行永久预应力筋张拉、孔道压浆、剪力钉(环)槽口混凝土灌注,将混凝土桥面板与连续钢桁梁组合。混凝土桥面板采用长短线结合匹配预制技术,节省了模板和场地投入,保证了预制精度和预制速度;采用架板机拼装、胶拼连接、分区段张拉永久预应力筋、钢梁上铺设滑动层减少预应力张拉损失、灌注剪力钉(环)槽口混凝土进行组合等安装技术,完成了大跨长联钢桁梁桥公路桥面板的安装施工。The main bridge of Padma Bridge in Bangladesh is a long-span steel trusses and concrete slabs composite girder bridge with six continuous units of 6×150 and one continuous unit of 5×150 m. The upper roadway deck is horizontally curved, transverse ribs are attached to the soffit of the concrete slabs, and the concrete slabs are longitudinally prestressed. Due to that the edges of the shear stud pockets(circular) are close to the shear studs(circular) in the steel girder, multiple longitudinal and transverse reinforcing bars in the pockets are close to the shear studs(circular),the precast, installation precision and quality control requirements of the concrete slabs are critical. The concrete slabs were precast with full width in the fabrication yard using long-line and short-line matching methods, and glued together in place. Afterwards, the permanent prestressing tendons were tensioned zone by zone, the ducts were grouted, and the shear stud pockets(circular) were filled with concrete to connect the concrete slabs and steel trusses. The combined utilization of long-line and short-line matching casting was beneficial to formwork and space saving and the prefabrication accuracy and schedule could be ensured. After a tailored procedure, the installation of roadway deck of the long-span steel truss girder bridge was completed, the specific items included using deck erection crane to erect concrete slabs, gluing concrete slabs, tensioning prestressing tendons zone by zone, paving a sliding layer on the steel girder to reduce prestress loss during prestressing tendons tensioning and pouring concrete to the shear stud pockets for connection of the concrete slabs and steel trusses.
