摘  要:九江市新建快速路上跨庐山站立交工程跨越昌九城际、京九铁路、武九铁路等12股铁路线,经方案比选,主桥采用(99+250+116) m高低塔中央索面混凝土转体斜拉桥。低塔侧采用半飘浮体系,高塔侧采用塔梁墩固结体系。主梁采用大悬臂单箱三室混凝土箱梁,梁高3.5 m,梁宽42 m,桥面两侧设置2道HA级混凝土防撞护栏。桥塔采用独柱形钢筋混凝土结构,高、低塔桥面以上塔高分别为65 m、57 m,塔柱采用矩形空心截面,低塔侧下塔柱设置牛腿式下横梁,基础采用?3.0 m的钻孔桩。斜拉索采用智能型平行钢绞线,外层包HDPE护套,塔端张拉,梁端锚固。转动体系采用球铰转动系统,转体长度分别为(132+112.5) m、(95.5+114) m,转体重量分别约为4.76万吨、4.14万吨。Part of the newly-built Jiujiang freeway crosses the Lushan Station where 12 railway lines are marshalled, including the Nanchang-Jiujiang Intercity Railway, Beijing-Kowloon Railway, Wuchang-Jiujiang Railway, etc. This part is designed as a concrete cable-stayed bridge that is constructed by rotation method. The bridge has three spans of 99,250 and 116 m and two pylons of different heights, and the stay cables are anchored along the central median of the deck. Bearings are installed between the low pylon and the superstructure to forming a semi-floating system, while the high pylon is fixed with the superstructure and the pier. The superstructure consists of three-cell concrete box girders with large flanges, measuring 3.5 m deep and 42 m wide. The parapets are cast using HA-grade concrete. The pylons are reinforced concrete poles of hollow rectangular cross-section, 65 m and 57 m above the deck, respectively. Bracket-type lower crossbeam is attached to the lower column of the low pylon. The foundations of the pylons consist of bored piles of 3.0 m diameter. The stay cables, which are made of intelligent parallel steel strands with HDPE sheaths, are fixed at the heads of the pylons and anchored to the deck. A spherical system was used for the rotation construction, and the superstructure were divided into two sections for rotation, one weighing 47 600 t, with lengths of 132 m+112.5 m, and the other weighting 41 400 t, with lengths of 95.5 m+114 m.
