摘 要:重庆长寿长江二桥主桥为主跨739 m双塔单跨钢箱梁悬索桥,加劲梁采用封闭式扁平流线型钢箱梁,分62个吊装节段,最大吊装重量201 t。桥址位于典型三峡库区V形河谷,跨越长江主航道,施工期历经枯水期、蓄水期、长江洪峰过境,水位落差高达40 m,水下地形复杂,钢箱梁吊装难度大。结合实际工程特点,经过与跨缆吊机吊装方案比选,该桥采用缆索吊机吊装钢箱梁。在通航航道外预留起梁孔,所有钢箱梁梁段通过全回转吊具从起梁孔定点起吊、提升至桥面后再纵向移运到位完成吊装。端梁吊装后采用悬吊装置临时定位,通过悬吊装置牵引端梁向边跨侧移位完成边跨合龙;通过对合龙口一侧梁段向边跨方向牵引移位完成中跨合龙。The main bridge of the Second Changshou Changjiang River Bridge in Chongqing is a two-tower suspension bridge with a main span of 739 m.The stiffening girder is assembled from 62 segments of half-closed flat streamlined steel boxes, where the maximum segment weighs 201 t.Hanger cables are arranged in the central span.Due to that the bridge is located at a V-shaped valley in the Three Gorges Reservoir area and crosses the main navigation channel of Changjiang River, the hoisting of the stiffening girder segments faces great challenges.In addition, the construction of the bridge had to address the difficult conditions of the Changjiang River and the complex geological condition, for instance, dry season, water storage season and flooding season, which brings a water level drop of about 40 m.The schemes of using the main cable supported crane and using the cableway crane were compared, and the cableway crane was considered a more suitable option.The hoisting of the girder segments started from the midspan and progressed towards the two towers, specifically a segment length was maintained vacant at the midspan to facilitate the hoisting of the segments from the barge.The girder segments were lifted up to the deck level and longitudinally moved into position by the swing crane.After hoistng, the end girders were temporarily positioned using a suspension device, and then moved by the suspension device towards the side spans to complete the closure of the side spans.Girder segments on one side of the closure gap were dragged towards the direction of side spans to fill the vacant in the central span and finish the closure of the central span.
