摘 要:为研究钢桥面板顶板-U肋全熔透双面焊构造细节疲劳性能,以深中通道伶仃洋大桥正交异性钢桥面板为对象,采用Abaqus软件建立钢桥面板节段有限元模型,基于预测车流数据,计算全熔透双面焊顶板-U肋焊接构造细节的等效应力幅;开展14个顶板-U肋试件疲劳试验,评估全熔透双面焊顶板-U肋焊接构造细节的疲劳强度;基于试件焊缝尺寸的测量结果,建立有限元模型计算不同焊缝尺寸对疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:等效疲劳车荷载下全熔透双面焊顶板-U肋焊接构造细节的等效应力幅为71.9 MPa;试件的疲劳裂纹多发育于U肋内焊趾,采用名义应力法计算得到该疲劳细节的疲劳强度约为76.8 MPa,高于有限元计算所得的等效应力幅和我国现行规范中的建议值;焊缝尺寸增大会降低内焊趾部位的等效应力幅,焊缝尺寸对外焊趾部位等效应力幅影响较小。The study in this paper focuses on the fatigue performance of the deck-to-U rib full penetration double-sided welds of the orthotropic steel deck. Based on the Lingdingyang Bridge of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, a finite element model of an orthotropic steel deck segment was built up in Abaqus to calculate the equivalent stress ranges of the deck-to-U rib full penetration double-sided welds, taking into account the predicted traffic volumes. 14 specimens containing the deck-to-U rib welding details were prepared for fatigue tests to evaluate the fatigue strengths of the deck-to-U rib full penetration double-sided welds. With the measured dimensions of the welded joints in the specimens, finite element models were established to examine the relationship between the dimensions of welded joints and the fatigue performance of the deck-to-U rib welding details. It is shown that under equivalent loads of fatigue vehicles, the equivalent stress range of the deck-to-U rib full penetration double-sided welds is 71.9 MPa. The majority of fatigue cracks occur in the inner welding toes of the U rib, where the fatigue strength calculated by the nominal stress method is about 76.8 MPa, higher than the equivalent stress range obtained by finite element calculation and the recommended values in the current Chinese codes. As the dimensions of welded joints increase, the equivalent stress range of the inner welding toes goes down, but the dimension effect of welded joints on the equivalent stress range of the outer welding toes is minor.
