摘　　要：常泰长江大桥铁路侧钢桥面板采用抗腐性能优良的轧制不锈钢复合钢板,材质为S31603+Q370qE、S31603+Q420qE、S31603+Q500qE。为保证焊接质量,进行基于高强度桥梁钢的不锈钢复合钢板焊接工艺试验。根据不锈钢复合钢板的化学成分和力学性能指标确定基层、复层焊接材料;根据过渡层模拟试验结果确定过渡层焊接材料。拟定合理的坡口型式和焊接规范参数,采用气体保护焊,选取典型板厚(复层3 mm+基层20 mm)试件进行焊接试验,结果表明:焊接接头力学性能及晶间腐蚀试验结果满足相关标准要求。通过试验确定的焊接工艺对铁路桥面不锈钢复合钢板的焊接施工具有参考意义。The steel railway deck of the Changtai Changjiang River Bridge consists of the rolled stainless steel clad plates, including combined types of S31603+Q370qE,S31603+Q420qE,and S31603+Q500qE. To ensure the welding quality, the welding techniques were selected for the stainless steel clad plates based on the welding of high-strength steel specialized for bridge. The welding materials of the base metal and cladding metal were determined in accordance with the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the stainless steel clad plates, and the transition layer welding material was selected referencing the transition layer simulation test. Appropriate groove patterns and welding parameters were calculated for the gas shielded welding. The specimens with typical thickness of 3 mm(overlying layer)+20 mm(base layer) were prepared for welding tests. The results demonstrate that the mechanical property and intergranular corrosion test results of the welded joints meet the required level. The welding techniques selected by tests for the Changtai Changjiang River Bridge provides additional insights into the welding stainless steel clad platees for railway deck.
