摘 要:轨道车辆要进入欧盟市场需通过欧盟铁路互联互通技术规范(TSI)认证,车体需满足EN15227标准要求。为提升车辆耐撞性TSI认证通过能力,文章结合EN 15227:2020标准新增要求和TSI认证经验,设计了调车机车碰撞场景;针对TSI认证项点,详细介绍了碰撞仿真方法;以某型调车机车碰撞仿真为例,从结构变形、能量变化、减速度变化、生存空间、排障器吸能等方面分析了TSI指标评估要求。To enter the EU market, the rail vehicles need to pass the certification of railway technical specification for interoperability(TSI), and the car body must meet the requirements of EN 15227 standard. In order to improve the passing ability of TSI certification for vehicle crashworthiness, the paper designs the collision scenes for shunting locomotive based on the new requirements of EN 15227:2020 standard and TSI certification experience. Aiming at the TSI certification items, the collision simulation method is presented in detail. Taking the collision simulation of a shunting locomotive as an example, the TSI index evaluation requirements are analyzed from the aspects of structural deformation, energy change, deceleration change, living space and cowcatcher energy absorption.
