摘  要:随着我国轨道交通建设的规模不断扩大,待建联络通道超7000座。机械法施工联络通道的方案,因安全系数高、地层扰动小、施工速度快等优点逐渐被接受。但相对冷冻法,机械法施工联络通道的设计计算理论研究及工程经验相对滞后。基于此,文章以某机械法联络通道项目为基础,建立联络通道地层-结构有限元分析模型,对特殊衬砌环的强度、裂缝、变形进行分析验算,结果表明,采用Q235B钢管片+C50混凝土管片+C50洞门封堵形成的特殊衬砌环能够满足强度与变形要求,采用该设计能够进行联络通道的安全施工。With the continuous expansion of the scale of rail transit construction in China,there are more than 7000connecting passages to be built.The scheme of constructing connecting passages by mechanical method is gradually accepted due to its advantages of high safety coefficient,small stratum disturbance and fast construction speed.However,compared with the freezing method,the theoretical research and engineering experience of the design and calculation of the connecting passage constructed by mechanical method are relatively lagging behind.Based on this,this paper establishes a stratum-structure finite element analyzing model of the connecting passage based on a connecting passage project constructed by mechanical method to analyze and check the strength,cracks and deformation of the special lining ring.The results show that the special lining ring formed by Q235B steel pipe segment+C50 concrete segment+C50 portal plugging can meet the strength and deformation requirements,and the design can be used for the safe construction of the connecting passage.
