摘 要:砂土覆盖型喀斯特区上高层建筑的地基处理一直是建筑工程中地基处理的难点,砂土覆盖型喀斯特地基存在见洞率极高、持力层岩面起伏大、喀斯特顶板岩层较薄、地表水系与地下水系相连通等特点,使得砂土覆盖型喀斯特地基处理极具有挑战性。基于此,文章结合广州某砂土覆盖型喀斯特工程实例,分析砂土覆盖型喀斯特形成原因、失稳塌陷机理,并对砂土覆盖型喀斯特稳定性进行分析,并在此基础上针对性地提出根据现场溶洞形态,分为三种情况进行注浆防治处理的方案,以期为此类工程施工提供参考。The foundation treatment of high-rise buildings on the sand-covered karst area has always been a difficult point in the foundation treatment of construction projects.The sand-covered karst foundation has the characteristics of high hole rate, large fluctuation of bearing stratum rock surface, thin karst roof strata, and connection between surface water system and underground water system, which makes the sand-covered karst foundation treatment extremely challenging. Based on this, combined with a sand-covered karst project in Guangzhou, this paper analyzes the causes of sand-covered karst formation and the mechanism of instability collapse, and analyzes the stability of sand-covered karst. On this basis, it puts forward a targeted grouting treatment scheme according to the shape of the karst cave on site,which is divided into three situations, in order to provide reference for the construction of such projects.
