摘 要:文章详细地介绍了桩基础建筑物倾斜采用顶升纠倾扶正的成功工程实例,顶升纠倾技术的关键在于具备可靠的顶升平台,该工程采用锚杆静压桩对基础进行补强加固后,分段设置可靠的托换梁体系及千斤顶支撑体系。顶升过程采用江苏华都建设有限公司自主研发的液压千斤顶同步顶升系统,分轴线、分批次进行,顶升到位后及时完成上部结构与基础之间的对接,最终成功对建筑物进行纠倾扶正,取得了良好的社会和经济效益,研究成果可为同类型纠倾工程提供参考。This paper introduces in detail the successful engineering example of rectification of pile foundation building by jacking rectification technology. The key to jacking rectification technology is to have a reliable jacking platform.After the foundation is reinforced and strengthened with anchor static pressure piles, the reliable underpinning beam system and jack support system are set up in sections. The jacking process adopts the hydraulic jack synchronous jacking system independently developed by Jiangsu Huadu Construction Co., Ltd., which is carried out in different axes and batches. After the jacking is in place, the docking between the superstructure and the foundation is completed in time.Finally, the building is successfully rectified and straightened, and good social and economic benefits are achieved.The research results can provide reference for the same type of rectification project.
