摘 要:近年来,国内的高速路面结构普遍采用沥青混合料铺装,其具有诸多的优点,如表面平整、施工期短、适宜分期修建等。但由于沥青混合料材质本身具有差异性,以及受到设计和施工水平的影响,沥青路面质量并不稳定,且随着路龄的不断增长,交通荷载的逐步累积,早年建设的沥青混合料路面出现了明显的破损及功能性衰退,路面维修养护工程的重要性日益凸显。文章基于早年建设的沥青混合料路面铺装病害特征与现阶段高速路面维修养护需求,以不破坏原路面自身结构的原则,分析高摩擦树脂表处技术的应用优势与施工要点,并分析检测高摩擦树脂表处技术在宁连高速公路南京段路面维修项目中的应用效果,检测结果表明,维修养护后的路面外观明显改善、抗滑性能明显提升。In recent years, the domestic expressway pavement structure is generally paved with asphalt mixture, which has many advantages, such as smooth surface, short construction period and suitable for phased construction. However,due to the difference of asphalt mixture material itself and the influence of design and construction level, the quality of asphalt pavement is not stable. With the continuous growth of road age and the gradual accumulation of traffic load, the asphalt mixture pavement constructed in the early years has obvious damage and functional decline, and the importance of pavement maintenance engineering has become increasingly prominent. Based on the pavement disease characteristics of asphalt mixture pavement constructed in the early years and the maintenance requirements of expressway pavement at the present stage, this paper analyzes the application advantages and construction points of high friction resin surface treatment technology without destroying the original pavement structure, and analyzes the application effect of high friction resin surface treatment technology in the pavement maintenance project of Nanjing section of Nanjing-Lianyungang Expressway. The test results show that the appearance of the pavement after maintenance is obviously improved and the anti-skid performance is obviously improved.
