摘 要:针对海域主塔承台封底混凝土施工控制,文章结合笔者所参与施工管理的宁波舟山港主通道南通航孔桥主墩索塔承台实际工程,梳理目前海域桥梁主要结构承台的封底混凝土的重点施工技术,在现有理论的基础上进行了简单计算和工序梳理,从承台钢套箱下放、承台水下封底混凝土浇筑及钢套箱体系转换三方面进行了施工质量控制点的分析及研究,重点阐释了海域承台封底施工控制要点,以供类似工程参考。In view of the construction control of the bottom sealing concrete for the main tower pile cap in the sea area,combined with the actual project of the cable tower pile cap of the main pier of south navigable bridge in the main channel of Ningbo Zhoushan Port, which the author participated in the construction management, this paper combs the key construction technology of the bottom sealing concrete of the main structure pile cap of the bridge in the sea at present,and carries out simple calculation and process sorting on the basis of the existing theories, The construction quality control points are analyzed and studied from three aspects of the lowering of the steel sleeve box of the pile cap, the pouring of the underwater bottom sealing concrete of the pile cap and the transformation of the steel sleeve box system. The key points of the bottom sealing construction control of the pile cap in the sea area are mainly explained for the reference of similar projects.
