摘　　要：外墙防渗施工是房屋建筑工程的重要施工项目,对房屋质量有不可忽视的影响。文章以外墙渗漏为切入点,简要分析房屋建筑外墙部位出现渗漏问题的主要成因,梳理问题脉络,并围绕问题成因,详细阐述房屋建筑工程中的外墙防渗漏施工技术的应用方法及操作要点,做到对症下药,旨在最大限度地预防和减少外墙渗漏问题的出现,为后续房屋建筑工程施工作业的开展提供技术参考。The anti-leakage construction of the external wall is an important construction project of the housing construction project, which has a noticeable impact on the quality of the housing. Taking the leakage of the external wall as the starting point, this paper briefly analyzes the main causes of the leakage problem in the external wall of the building,combs the problem context, and elaborates the application methods and operation points of the external wall anti-leakage construction technology in the housing construction project around the causes of the problem, so as to solve the problem according to the causes, in order to prevent and reduce the leakage of the external wall to the greatest extent,and provide technical reference for the subsequent construction of the housing construction projects.
