摘 要:跨座式单轨车辆在运营中经常出现横向偏载的情况。文章针对该问题建立偏载力矩作用下跨座式单轨车辆的侧倾方程,推导出车体重心横向偏移距离和车体侧滚角之间的关系;依据临界侧滚角理论,提出用临界侧滚角裕量来衡量偏载力矩作用下的车辆抗侧倾能力,并利用多体动力学软件UM仿真验证推导公式的准确性;最后讨论了跨座式单轨车辆偏载力矩形成的各种原因。研究表明:偏载明显影响跨座式单轨车辆的抗侧倾能力,车体侧滚角与车体重心偏移距离成正比,临界侧滚角裕量能够反映出车体偏载对车辆抗侧倾能力变化的影响。The status of lateral eccentric load often occurs in straddle-type monorail vehicle. In this paper,the roll equation of straddle-type monorail vehicle under eccentric load moment is established, and the relationship between the lateral offset distance of the center of gravity of the car body and the roll angle of the car body is derived. Based on the critical roll angle theory, the critical roll angle margin is proposed to measure the anti-rolling ability of vehicles under eccentric load torque, and the accuracy of the derived formula is verified by simulation with multi-body dynamics software UM. Finally, various reasons for the formation of eccentric load moment of straddle-type monorail vehicle are discussed. The study shows that the eccentric load obviously affects the antirolling ability of straddle-type monorail vehicle, and the roll angle of the car body is directly proportional to the offset distance of the center of gravity of the car body. The critical roll angle margin can reflect the influence of eccentric load on the change of anti-rolling ability of vehicles.
