摘　　要：为保证产品质量,降低成本,满足项目周期的需求,文章以某B型城轨列车头车底架为例,针对底架框架的组焊过程提出两种工艺策划方案,从生产成本、产品质量、工艺过程等3个方面进行对比分析,选出更合理、施焊后产品质量稳定的工艺策划方案,降低了生产风险隐患。In order to ensure the product quality, reduce the cost and meet the needs of the project cycle,this paper proposes two process planning schemes of underframe assembly welding, taking a B type mass transit train underframe as an example. It compares and analyzes the production cost, product quality and process of the schemes, and chooses a more reasonable process with stable quality after welding. The potential production risks are reduced.
