摘 要:为了改善传统热拌沥青混合料隧道路面铺装施工环境,降低车辆行驶过程中的噪音,提高隧道路面的抗滑性能,采用沥青复合改性技术和级配优化,研发了环保安全型TSEM-13沥青混合料,并在惠清高速公路TJ5标长山埔1号隧道(右洞)铺筑了试验段。通过综合检测手段对该新型隧道路面进行施工环境监测和路用性能评价,结果表明:与传统的热拌沥青混合料路面相比,该新型沥青路面可降低沥青烟浓度85mg/m^(3),平均提高能见度265m,行车噪音降低1~3dB,改善了施工和车辆运行环境。此外,该新型隧道路面横向力系数整体平均值为74.4,具有优良的抗滑性能。In order to improve construction environment ofthe traditional hot mix asphalt mixture for tunnel pavement, reduce noise in the process of vehicle running and enhance anti-skid property, in this paper, the composite modification technology and gradation optimization have been adopted to put forward the environmentally friendly and safe TSEM-13 asphalt mixture, which has beenapplied in the test section Changshanpu No.1 Tunnel(Right Hole) of Contract No.TJ5 of Huiqing Expressway. The construction environment monitoring and road performance evaluation of the new type of tunnel pavement have been carried out by means of comprehensive inspection. The results have shown that, being compared with traditional hot mix asphalt mixture, the new type of asphalt mixture can reduce 85 mg/m^(3) of asphalt smoke concentration, increase 265mof visibility and reduce 1~3 dB of driving noise, which has greatly improved both construction and driving environment. The overall average transverse coefficientvalue is 74.4, indicating excellent anti-skid effect.
