摘 要:针对深中通道工程超厚型混凝土保护层厚度无损检测,进行了雷达法和电磁感应法混凝土保护层测试比对、相对介电常数对雷达法结果影响测试等,并进行了实体结构雷达法与钻芯法测试验证。结果表明,与电磁法相比,雷达法在65~105mm超厚型钢筋保护层厚度检测时,测试结果不受保护层厚度和钢筋间距的影响,测试结果准确、可靠;雷达法测试结果受相对介电常数影响显著,施工中正常的材料波动对相对介数常数影响较小,混凝土相对介电常数在21d龄期后趋于稳定,可采用定值介电常数在超过21d龄期后进行测试;沉管混凝土钢筋保护层厚度实体测试中,雷达法与钻芯法测试厚度的偏差在±1mm以内,雷达法在65~105mm超厚型钢筋保护层厚度测试中具有较高的检测精度和可靠性。In this paper, being based on thickness detection for super-thick concrete protective coverofShenzhen-zhongshan Channel Engineering, the comparison between radar method and electromagnetic induction method for the detectionof concrete protective cover, and the influence of relative dielectric constant on the results of radar method have been studied, with the solid structure being tested and verified by radar method and core drilling method. The results have shown that, being compared with the electromagnetic method, the test results of the radar method are not affected by the thickness of the protective cover or the spacing of the steel bars when the thickness of the protective coveris between 65~105 mm and the results are accurate and reliable. The test results of radar method have been significantly affected by the relative dielectric constant, the normal material fluctuation during construction has little influence on the relative dielectric constant, and the relative dielectric constant of concrete tends to be stable after 21d, and the constant dielectric constant can be used to testthe concrete after more than 21d. The thickness deviation between the radar method and the core drilling method is less than ±1 mm in the solid test of the thickness of the protective cover of immersed concrete reinforcement. The radar method has high detection accuracy and reliability in the thickness test of 65 mm~105 mm ultra-thick reinforced concrete protective cover.
