摘  要:本工作采用超临界二氧化碳(scCO_(2))发泡技术制备甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(VMQ)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)复合发泡材料,探讨了预硫化时间、EPDM含量以及饱和温度对泡孔形貌的影响。力学性能测试结果表明硅橡胶泡孔结构和EPDM含量对复合材料力学性能有较大影响。当预硫化时间为8 min时,其交联密度为2.7×10^(-5)mol·cm^(-3),可得到较好发泡性能和较宽发泡窗口。在60℃饱和温度、10 MPa饱和压力下发泡的VMQ-0.5EPDM(每100份硅橡胶中加入0.5份EPDM)密度可以达到0.2 g/cm^(3)(发泡倍率为5.7倍);同时,参考VMQ-0EPDM,VMQ-0.5EPDM的比压缩强度从1.88 MPa·cm^(3)/g增加到2.51 MPa·cm^(3)/g,提升33%。In this work,the methyl vinyl silicone rubber(VMQ)/EPDM foams were prepared by supercritical carbon dioxide(scCO_(2))foaming technology.The influence of precuring time,EPDM content and saturation temperature on cell morphology and mechanical properties was investigated.The results of mechanical properties showed that the cellular structure of silicone rubber and EPDM content had a great influence on the mechanical properties.When the precuring time was 8 min,the crosslinking density was 2.7×10^(-5)mol·cm^(-3),and better foaming performance and wider foaming window can be obtained.The density of VMQ-0.5EPDM(adding 0.5 EPDM to every 100 parts of silicone rubber)foamed at 60℃and 10 MPa was 0.2 g/cm^(3)(foaming ratio is 5.7 times).Meanwhile,with reference to VMQ-0EPDM,the specific compressive strength of VMQ-0.5EPDM increased from 1.88 MPa·cm^(3)/g to 2.51 MPa·cm^(3)/g,with an increase of 33%.
