摘 要:齿轨车辆或齿轨机车爬坡能力强,可适应雨、雪、潮湿环境,具有载客量大、绿色环保等特点,可实现与传统轮轨铁路互联互通。ZCA120型齿轨动力转向架适用于齿轨动车组,文章介绍了该转向架的整体结构、特征及技术参数,详细阐述了齿轨驱动带式制动单元、构架、轮对轴箱、一系悬挂装置、二系悬挂装置、牵引装置及踏面制动装置等重要零部件的结构、强度计算和型式试验情况,进行了整列车的动力学性能计算和齿轨驱动带式制动单元的台架试验,各项计算结果和试验结果均满足标准要求。The rack railway vehicle or locomotive has strong gradeability,can adapt to rain,snow and wet environment,has the characteristics of large passenger capacity,green and environmental protection,and can realize interconnection with traditional wheel rail railway.ZCA120 cog rail motor bogie is applicable to rack railway EMUs.This paper presents the overall structure,characteristics and technical parameters of the bogie,and describes in detail the structure of important parts such as belt brake unit driven by cog rail,bogie frame,wheelset and axle box,primary and secondary suspension device,traction device and tread brake device,as well as strength calculation and type test.The dynamic performance of the whole train and the bench test of belt brake unit driven by cog rail are carried out,and all the calculation results and test results meet the standard requirements.
