摘　　要：为解决机车转向架装配过程管控难度大的问题,实现装配过程的自动化、信息化,文章提出了一种机车转向架装配智能化制造技术,并从装配智能化管理、装配智能化控制系统、装配智能化工艺技术等方面对其进行了详细介绍。现场应用实例验证了该技术的可行性。It’s difficult to control the assembly process of locomotive bogie,in order to solve the problem and realize the automation and informatization of assembly process,this paper proposes an intelligent manufacturing technology of bogie assembly for locomotive,and presents it in detail from the aspects of intelligent assembly management,intelligent assembly control system and intelligent assembly process technology.The feasibility of this technology is verified by field application.
