非英语国家如何应对国际编目体系转型——以法国为例

摘　　要：国际编目体系的转型以IFLA-LRM概念模型、新版RDA内容规则和BIBFRAME书目格式为代表。梳理现有研究成果发现,面对变革,法国“尽可能融入,但强调本国特色”的立场值得进一步探究。法国应对国际编目体系转型的策略主要有:以EURIG为发声平台,推出书目转换项目及相关配套项目,开发RDA-FR和新一代MARC,不断优化升级关联数据集data.bnf.fr。法国的应对策略对我国融入国际编目新浪潮带来了启示:在顺应国际化的前提下弘扬中国特色,提升国际话语权;建立权威机构,统一组织培训;分阶段、分步骤推进新标准,注重系统性、稳定性和实效性;加强数据关联,整合数字文化资源。The transformation of the international cataloging system is represented by IFLA-LRM,new RDA and BIBFRAME.France decided to embrace it with an emphasis on French features.This paper systematically reviews the existing research results and points out that the French strategies,including clarifying its approach via EURIG,launching Bibliographic Transition Program and related supporting projects,implementing RDA-FR,developing a new generation of MARC,as well as optimizing data.bnf.fr,deserve further studies.Its enlightenment to China can be summed up in four aspects:integrating into international community with an emphasis on Chinese characteristics in order to increase international influence;establishing central authority and organizing unified training;implementing new rules gradually in a systematic and realistic manner;developing linked data for the sake of digitalizing cultural resources.
