摘　　要：网站是我国各级综合档案馆对外服务的窗口和宣传的门户,其用户服务建设至关重要。以澳大利亚国家档案馆网站为调研对象,基于用户获取服务的主动性,从浏览服务、检索服务、咨询服务、参与式服务四个角度分析它的用户服务建设情况,并归纳出其建设特点。最后在此基础上提出丰富档案信息资源供给主题、加快开放档案在线服务建设、积极开展档案众包项目、着力建设互动式档案信息服务渠道的建议,以期为我国各级综合档案馆网站用户服务建设提供借鉴。As website is the external service window and publicity portal of comprehensive archives of various levels,the construction of their user service is significantly important.This paper takes the website of the National Archives of Australia as the research object,based on the initiative of users to obtain services,analyzes its construction of user service from four perspectives of browsing service,retrieval service,consulting service and participatory service,and summarizes its construction characteristics.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions of enriching the subjects of archives information resources supply,speeding up the online service construction of open archives,actively carrying out archives crowd-sourcing projects and focusing on the construction of interactive archives information service channels,in order to provide reference for the website user service construction of the comprehensive archives of various levels in China.
