摘　　要：在“十四五”开局之年,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》,国家档案局印发《“十四五”国家重点档案保护与开发工程实施方案》专项文件,对国家重点档案的保护与开发工作进行了新的规划。本文以这两个政策文本为主要研究对象,探析“十四五”时期国家重点档案保护与开发工程的政策内容与特点,并对当前政策的完善提出几点思考。In the first year of the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Archives",and the State Archives Administration issued the special document of the "14th Five-Year Implementation Plan for the National Key Archives Conservation and Development Project",conducting a new plan for the conservation and development of national key archives.Taking these two policy texts as the main research objects,this paper analyzes the policy contents and characteristics of the national key archives conservation and development project during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,and puts forward some thoughts on the improvement of the current policy.
