摘　　要：文章回顾近五年我国乡镇卫生院服务能力现有研究,分别从基本医疗服务能力、公共卫生服务能力以及影响因素等三个方面进行梳理,结果表明东中西部地区乡镇卫生院基本医疗服务水平地区差异明显,公共卫生服务能力较高但仍存在发展瓶颈,人、财、物资源配置以及卫生政策和经济环境等因素对乡镇卫生院服务能力存在影响。This paper reviews the literature on the service capacity of township health centers in China,and sorts it out from the basic medical service capacity,public health service capacity,and influencing factors respectively.The study shows that there are obvious regional differences in basic medical service levels among township health centers in the eastern,central,and western regions of China.Public health service capacity is high but there are still development bottlenecks.The service capacity of township health centers is influenced by the distribution of human,financial and material resources,health policies and economic environment.
