摘　　要：目的 探讨蛛网膜下腔麻醉和硬膜外麻醉用于痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术的效果。方法 选取我院2018年5月-2021年6月行痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术患者122例为研究对象,按麻醉方法不同,将使用硬膜外麻醉观察组(n=64),将使用蛛网膜下腔麻醉患者分为对照组(n=58)。比较两组麻醉后运动阻滞情况、麻醉情况及不良反应发生率。结果 与对照组相比,观察组改良Bromage评分较低,麻醉效果满意率较高(84.37%vs 67.24%)且不良反应发生率较低(3.12%vs 20.68%)(P<0.05)。结论 硬膜外麻醉用于痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术能加快患者苏醒及恢复运动,提高麻醉效果,降低不良反应发生。Objective To investigate the effect of subarachnoid anesthesia and epidural anesthesia on circular resection and stapling of hemorrhoids.Methods From May 2018 to June 2021,122 patients with circumferential resection and stapling of hemorrhoids in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different anesthesia methods, the observation group(n=64)used epidural anesthesia and the control group(n=58)used subarachnoid anesthesia.The motor block, anesthesia and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, the improved Bromage score of the observation group was lower, the satisfaction rate of anesthesia effect was higher(84.37%vs 67.24%),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(3.12%vs 20.68%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Epidural anesthesia used in hemorrhoidectomy and stapling can accelerate the recovery of patients, improve the effect of anesthesia and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
