多学科团队协作的手术流程优化在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中应用

摘　　要：目的 探究多学科团队协作的手术流程优化对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后恢复影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年2月在本院就诊的64例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签原则将行手术患者分为常规流程组(采用常规手术流程的治疗方法)和优化流程组(采用多学科团队协作的手术流程优化的治疗方法),每组均为32例,观察两组患者术中出血量、术前准备时间、住院时间以及麻醉时间;两组患者术后出现并发症的情况;两组患者治疗满意度情况。结果 优化流程组患者术前准备时间(21.4±5.3)min、住院时间(4.2±1.8)min及麻醉时间(44.8±5.4)min低于常规流程组(P<0.05),两组术中出血量比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);优化流程组的并发症总发生率低于常规流程组(18.75%VS 50.00%,P<0.05);优化流程组治疗满意度明显高于常规流程组(93.75%VS 63.75%,P<0.05)。结论 对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者采用多学科团队协作的手术室流程方案,可缩短术前准备时间、住院时间及麻醉时间,可明显降低术后患者并发症的发生率,在一定程度上提升了患者治疗的满意度。Objective The influence of multi-disciplinary teamwork on operating room process optimization on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were explored.Methods A total of Sixty-four patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy who were treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients who underwent surgery were divided into the routine procedure group(treatment methods used routine surgical procedures).and the optimization process group(a treatment method that used multidisciplinary team collaboration to optimize the process of the operating room),each group has 32 cases, observe the intraoperative blood loss, preoperative preparation time, hospitalization time and anesthesia time of the two groups of patients;Complications occurred;treatment satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The preoperative preparation time(21.4±5.3)min, hospitalization time(4.2±1.8)min and anesthesia time(44.8±5.4)min in optimization process group were lower than those in the routine process group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the optimization process group was lower than that in the conventional process group(18.75%VS 50.00%,P<0.05);the treatment satisfaction of the optimization process group was significantly higher than that the routine process group(93.75%VS 63.75%,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of a multidisciplinary team collaboration operating room process plan for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can shorten preoperative preparation time, hospital stay and anesthesia time, and can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients, and improve it to a certain extent Improve the satisfaction of patients with treatment.
