NBAS-APS模式在上肢骨折患儿围手术期疼痛管理中的应用及分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨NBAS-APS的疼痛管理服务模式在上肢骨折患儿围手术期疼痛管理中的应用,以指导合理护理模式的制定。方法 选取2020年2月至2021年6月洛阳人民东方医院的90例上肢骨折患儿,分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组采用NBAS-APS疼痛管理服务模式,对照组采用AB-APS疼痛管理服务模式,分别观察并记录两组患儿对疼痛管理的满意度、疼痛评分和睡眠质量的指标。结果 观察组在各疼痛管理的满意度指标方面均高于对照组(P<0.05),术前和术后的各个疼痛评分指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),手术前1d以及手术后24h、48h和72小时的睡眠质量PSQI指标评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 NBAS-APS疼痛管理服务模式对于上肢骨折患儿围手术期能起到更好的镇痛效果,改善患儿的睡眠质量,增加患者满意度,促进其术后恢复。Objective To explore the application of NBAS-APS pain management service model in perioperative pain management of children with upper limb fracture in order to guide the formulation of reasonable nursing model.Methods From February 2020 to June 2021,90 children with upper limb fracture were divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group.NBAS-APS pain management service model was used in the observation group, and AB-APS pain management service model was used in the control group.Results The satisfaction index of pain management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the pain scores before and after operation were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),PSQI score of 1d before operation and 24h, 48h and 72h after operation was lower than that of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion NBAS-APS pain management service model can provide better analgesic effect, improve sleep quality, increase patient satisfaction and promote postoperative recovery in children with upper limb fracture.
