摘 要:目的了解当前中西医结合人才的社会需求及就业政策,为高质量的、符合社会需求的中西医结合人才培养提供参考。方法以各医疗服务机构人事管理部门负责人、科室主任等为调查对象,采用问卷调查法开展调查研究。结果现有中西医结合人员数量占比较低,中医类医院引进或选留该类人才的得分最高,复合型人才得分高于其他类型人才;用人单位对中西医结合人才的满意度得分最低;中西医结合人才核心能力中,中医类与中西医类能力的得分较高;在中西医结合人才岗位需求方面,内科、妇科、外科的得分最高;在中西医结合人才应通过的住院医师规范化培训类型和医师资格类型方面,各用人单位的选择不尽相同。结论中西医结合人才社会需求较高,复合型人才需求最为迫切,但因政策不完善、人才使用效果不佳等原因,用人单位对中西医结合人才满意度较低。未来可从人才政策制定方、人才培养供给方、用人单位需求方多方面进行改善,以满足较高的社会需求。Objective To identify the current social demand and employment policy of professionals of integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine(WM);to provide reference for cultivating high-quality talents that meet the social demand.Method A survey was conducted using questionnaires among HR and medical department directors of medical services organizations(MSO).Results The numbers of existing professionals of integrated TCM and WM in MSOs were relatively small.TCM hospitals had the largest demand for such professionals.MSOs′demand for interdisciplinary talents was greater than that for other types of talents.However,they reported least satisfaction with staff of integrated TCM and WM.Among the core competencies of such talents,they valued their TCM competency and integrated TCM and WM competency.In terms of demand for the professionals by different departments at MSOs,internal medicine,gynecology and surgery/external medicine departments had the largest demand.Different MSOs had different requirements as for the types of residency and licence or certification that such personnel should have.Conclusions The social demand for professionals of integrated TCM and WM is high while that for interdisciplinary talents is the most urgent.On the other hand,MSOs′satisfaction is low due to loopholes in recruitment policies and poor performance of such professionals.In the future,improvements can be made in the suppliers of professional training,the MSOs and the policy makers to meet the increasing social demand.
