摘  要:目的了解我国大学生心理健康研究现状与热点。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文期刊服务平台中CSSCI来源期刊所收录的与大学生心理健康相关研究文献,利用CiteSpace对文献进行可视化分析。结果共纳入5165篇研究文献,文献数量大体呈现起伏变化,研究热点以心理健康研究对象及心理问题的探索、干预方法及对策、大学生心理健康教育研究范畴为主。“心理资本”和“心理育人”可能为今后该领域研究的切入点。结论我国大学生心理健康领域研究较受重视,后续研究中应拓宽研究领域,扩大研究群体,探讨心理健康影响因素作用机制,优化干预方法及对策,开发大学生心理资本以提升其心理健康素质,从而不断促进心理育人本土化模式发展。Objective To understand the status quo and focus of the research on college students′mental health.Methods Papers related to college students′mental health published in CSSCI source journals were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases.CiteSpace was used to visualize the analysis of the literature.Results A total of 5,165 papers were included in the study.The annual numbers of papers fluctuated on the whole.The research focus in this field included exploration into the research subjects and their psychological problems,intervention methods and countermeasures,and categories of research into college students′mental health education.Psychological capital and mental health education may become the frontiers of future research in this field.Conclusions Mental health of college students has attracted considerable academic research attention.In future research,researchers can broaden the research scope,include more research subjects,explore the mechanism of the influencing factors of mental health,optimize the intervention methods and countermeasures,and tap the psychological capital of college students to improve their mental health so that psychological health education can be developed in a more localized way.
