摘　　要：网络政治传播具有“无知之幕”的特征。在网络政治传播的过程中,网络政治传播技术、网络政治传播规律、网络政治传播理性、网络政治传播认知、网络政治传播效果都存在着不可避免的无知。网络政治传播的“无知之幕”存在着难以预判的政治风险,夸大网络政治传播的政治功能,无视网络政治传播的风险,既破坏了网络政治传播秩序,又破坏了现实政治传播秩序,影响政治稳定和社会稳定。解决“无知之幕”带来的风险,需要遵循客观性、真实性、多元性和常识性原则。Internet political dissemination also has the characteristics of“theveil of ignorance”.There is inevitable ignorance of network political communication on network technology,network communication laws,network communication rationality,network political cognition,and the effect of network technology communication.“The veil of ignorance”of online political dissemination has unpredictable political risks.The political function of cross-network political dissemination ignores the risk of online political dissemination,undermines both the order of online political communication and the order of realpolitik communication,affecting political stability and social stability.Addressing the risks posed by“the veil of ignorance”requires following the principles of objectivity,authenticity,pluralism and common sense.
