翻译之维度与阐释之限度——基于传统典籍域外传播的译介考察及文化思考

摘　　要：翻译是阐释的表现形式。在一定程度上,二者都是行为主体之于文本信息的理解和表达。对于文化典籍而言,其翻译与阐释的内在关联主要体现在三个方面:第一,阐释的逻辑演绎是语际转换的意识体现。以逻辑起点为参照标准的、依附于不同语境范畴的解析路径是解构翻译内部“西方中心主义”的动态生成。第二,文化典籍外译的本质是达成历史视域与读者视域的有效融合,而副文本(阐释部分)的存在就成为在文本(译介部分)基础之上的翻译建构行为。这既是弥合文本翻译性间距的技术手段,同时也印证了“翻译即阐释”这一理论命题的现有实践。第三,译者的文化选择与文化自觉是典籍外译的思想溯源,寓于文化场域下的译介行为则是文本审美价值的特定延伸,因此翻译与阐释归根结底是文化维度的形态显现。总体而言,翻译的维度和阐释的限度是新时期文化典籍外译的归纳与整合,这种过程的脉络彰显也为窥探今后中华典籍的域外传播提供了新的启示和参考。Translation is the manifestation of interpretation.To a certain extent,both of them are the comprehension and expression of textual information by the acting subject.For literary classics,the internal relationship between translation and interpretation is mainly reflected in the following three points:Firstly,the logical deduction of interpretation is the embodiment of consciousness in interlingual transformation.The analytical way that takes the logical starting point as the reference standard and adheres to different context categories is the dynamic generation which deconstructs the“Western Centrism”within the interior translation;Secondly,the essence of literary classics translation is to achieve an effective integration of the historical perspective and the readers'perspective,and the existence of the paratext(interpretation part)becomes the action of translation construction based on the text(translation part).This is not only a technical means that bridges the gap of text translation,but also confirms the existing practice of the theoretical proposition that“translation is interpretation”;Thirdly,the translators'cultural choice and cultural consciousness are the ideological source of the literary classics translation,and the translation behavior in the cultural field is a specific extension of the aesthetic value of the text.Therefore,translation and interpretation are the appearance of cultural dimensions in the final analysis.On the whole,the dimension of translation and the limitation of interpretation are the induction and integration of the literary classics'translation in the new period,and this process also provides new enlightenment and reference for the extraterritorial dissemination of Chinese classics in the future.
