摘　　要：户籍档案作为档案管理的重要文件与资料,不仅与广大公民的生活有密切联系,而且决定着社会经济的发展与进步。文章在档案信息化改革背景下,分别从档案信息化管理理论、管理问题及管理对策三个方面展开综合论述,旨在为相关人员提供一定的参考。As an important document and data of file management,registered residence file is not only closely related to the lives of citizens,but also determines the development and progress of social economy.Under the background of the reform of archives infor matization,the article discusses comprehensively from three aspects,namely,the theory of archives informatization management,management problems and management countermeasures,in order to provide certain reference for relevant personnel.
