摘　　要：长三角自由贸易试验区联盟于2021年5月10日在上海成立,将为四地自贸试验区建设注入新动力,为长三角高质量一体化发展搭建新平台。然而,当前长三角自贸区仍然存在着过于倚重地方立法、审判定位不够明确、配套机制不够健全、仲裁制度的创新和应用不足以及知识产权行政保护缺乏联动等问题。为了推动长三角自由贸易试验区联盟法治建设,确保长三角一体化的高质量发展,文章提出了推进自贸区立法协同,完善自贸区法院的基本设置,建立健全配套机制,推进临时仲裁在自贸区的运用,完善知识产权行政保护协作模式等建议。Established in Shanghai on May 10,2021,the Yangtze River Delta Pilot Free Trade Zone Alliance will inject new momentum into the construction of the four pilot FTZs and provide a new platform for the high-quality integration of the Yangtze River Delta.However,there are still issues such as over-reliance on local legislation,unclear verdicts,inadequate supporting mechanisms,insufficient innovation and application of arbitration system and lack of linkage in the protection of intellectual property.In order to promote the rule of law in the FTZ alliance and facilitate the high-quality integration of the Yangtze River Delta,the article puts forward specific suggestions in terms of promoting the legislative synergy of the FTZ,perfecting basic settings of the courts,establishing sound supporting mechanisms,promoting the application of provisional arbitration and the collaborative mode of administrative protection of intellectual property.
