摘 要:井筒智能化建设是地下矿物资源开采、地下空间开发利用等领域高质量发展的重要技术支撑,也是井筒建设发展的必然趋势。在分析我国深厚冲积地层、硬岩地层、岩溶地层、富水弱胶结地层4种典型地层条件下现有建井技术的基础上,以西部富水弱胶结地层煤矿盲竖井建设为典型代表,从地质探查、地层改性、掘进装备、支护结构等方面梳理了智能化建井面临的挑战;深入剖析了复杂地层条件下智能化建井需要继续解决的问题及技术发展趋势,包括建井地层全信息探识与重构技术、智能化冻结控制技术、掘进装备破岩-排渣及智能化控制技术、掘-支协同智能化控制技术、仿真决策与智能化管理系统平台;提出了智能建井的发展建议,以期为推动智能化建井技术发展提供参考。The intelligent construction of shaft was an important technical support for the high-quality development of underground mineral resources mining,underground space development and utilization,and was also an inevitable trend of shaft construction and development.Based on the analysis of the existing shaft construction technology under the four typical stratum conditions of deep alluvium stratum,hard rock stratum,karst stratum and water-rich weak cementation stratum in China,taking the construction of sub-shaft of coal mine in water-rich weak cementation stratum in the west as a typical representative,this paper combed out the challenges faced by intelligent shaft construction from the aspects of geological exploration,stratum modification,tunneling equipment,support structure,etc.The problems and technical development trend of intelligent shaft construction under complex geological conditions were analyzed in depth,including the full information exploration and reconstruction technology of shaft construction stratum,intelligent freezing control technology,rock breaking-slag removal and intelligent control technology of tunneling equipment,intelligent control technology of shaft construction-excavation-support cooperation,simulation decision-making and intel-ligent management system platform.The development suggestions of intelligent shaft construction were put forward in order to provide reference for promoting the development of intelligent shaft construction technology.
