摘  要:我国华北型煤田水文地质条件复杂,随着深部资源的大规模开发,煤层底板奥灰突水概率增加,奥灰水害成为华北型煤田深部开采的严重安全威胁。应用注浆技术能够快速封堵突水通道,消除潜在水患,在华北奥灰水害防控方面具有明显优势;历经工作面注浆、井下定向孔注浆和地面定向孔注浆,装备进步推动华北型煤田奥灰水害注浆防治技术持续发展。本文分析了注浆技术在华北型煤田奥灰水害防治中的发展历程,结合奥灰水害超前治理工程案例,分析了实践中地面定向孔注浆技术遇到的问题,指出了区域水害防治地面定向孔注浆技术发展方向。本文对华北型煤田深部开采底板奥灰水害防治具有重要参考意义。The hydrogeological condition in North China Coalfield of China is complicated.With a large scale development of the deep resources,the probability of the Ordovician limestone water inrush under the seam floor would be increased and the Ordovician limestone water disaster would become a serious safety threat to the deep mining in the North China Coalfield.The grouting technology applied could quickly seal the water inrush way and could eliminate the potential water disaster.The grouting technology would have the obvious advantages in the prevention and control of the Ordovician lime-stone water disaster in North China.After the grouting at the working face,grouting in the underground directional drilled hole and grouting in the surface directional drilled hole,the equipment pro-gress had pushed the sustainable development of the prevention and control technology with the grouting to the Ordovician limestone water disaster in North China coalfield.The paper had an analysis on the development history of the grouting technology in the Ordovician limestone water disaster prevention and control in the North China coalfield.In combination with the advanced control engineering ca-ses of the Ordovician limestone water disaster,the paper had an analysis on the problems occurred in the grouting technology in the surface directional drilled hole in the practices and pointed off the grouting technology development orientation with the surface directional drilled hole in the regional water disaster prevention and control.The paper would have an important reference significance to prevent and control the Ordovician limestone water disaster under the seam floor in the deep mining of the North China coalfield.
