摘 要:针对目前矿用带式输送机在实际运行中出现故障不能及时预防,易造成事故频发的问题,设计和开发了一套集检测和自动报警功能为一体的输送机监控系统。该系统以西门子S7-200 Smart PLC作为下位机实现数据采集和执行控制功能,MCGS触(昆仑通态组态软件系统)摸屏作为可视化监控界面。经人机交互界面的功能仿真测试结果表明,本系统监控效果明显,符合工程设计要求。本设计在降低带式输送机故障发生概率、提高安全性、可靠性等方面都具有较好的实践意义和应用参考价值。According to the failures occurred in the actual operation of the present mine belt conveyor could not timely prevented and could cause the accident frequently occurred problem,an integrated conveyor monitoring and control system with a set of the detection and automatic alarm function was designed and developed.The system with the Siemens S7-200 Smart PLC as the lower computer could realize the data acquisition and could conduct the control function and the MCGS touch screen could be a visual monitoring and control interface.The function simulation test results with the human-com puter interaction interface showed that the monitoring and control effect of the system was obvious and could meet the requirement of the engineering design.The design to reduce the fault occurred probability of the belt conveyor,to improve the safety,reliability and others all would have a good practical significance and application reference value.
