摘 要:针对煤矿矿山压力不断加大、软岩大量出现、支架损坏严重、巷道变形严重超限、支护成本急剧增加、生产安全无法保障等问题,根据先柔后刚、先让后抗的理念,设计了“围岩+缓冲结构+钢管混凝土+喷射混凝土”复合支护体系,用ANSYS软件模拟分析了该支护系统的受力状态,结果表明:该体系具有“先柔后刚”的力学特性,能显著降低支架工作点的压力,提高其自身承载力,且具有无需二次支护、施工工艺简单、施工成本降低、经济效益良好的特征。According to a mine ground pressure steadily increased,great amount soft rock occurred,support seriously damaged,mine roadway deformation seriously over-limited,support cost rapidly increased,production safety unable guaranteed and other problems in a coal mine,according to the idea of the flexible first and rigid second and the yield first and resistant second,a composite support system with"a surrounding rock+buffer structure+steel pipe concrete+shotcrete"was designed and the ANSYS software was applied to simulate and analyze the stress state of the support system.The results showed that the system could have the"flexible first and rigid second"mechanics features,could obviously reduce the operating point pressure of the support,could improve the self loading and could have the features of no second support,simple construction technology,construction cost reduced and good economic benefit.
